In a bold move, Apple is planning to make India its main manufacturing base for iPhones by the end of FY26. This marks a dramatic shift in the tech giant’s global supply chain, traditionally dominated by China. By 2026, India could be producing iPhones worth nearly $40 billion — more than ₹3.3 lakh crore — according to government sources.
