Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
Ensuring that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.

Furthermore, Randeep is focused on identifying and developing talent while laboring to create a healthy environment that allows individuals to apply their talent and skills in pursuit of key objectives. Randeep has devised well-structured goals for SSS. He shares, “+ 150 Cr. We have already defined how we intend to accomplish this and provide a framework for SSS’s future decision-making, helping us respond to the strategic opportunities and challenges that we face in the next decade and beyond.” This entire plan is the result of a collaborative process undertaken by the SSS team and represents the collective vision of the organization to 2020 that relies on those contributors to ensure its success.

Plotting the Future

Security needs are evolving with the rising economy, business, and technology, which are further necessitated by the ever-increasing security risks and perceptions of threats.
