Tata Power – DDL(Delhi Distribution Limited) surging to supply electricity to 7 milliards in New Delhi, India. The project shall prevail through a mobile application- SAMVAAD to promote digital consumer experience. The app is available on both Android and iOS platforms for the customers. Additionally, with the TATA Power DDL- CONNECT App the company can cover the entire user frame.

By installing the SAMVAAD app, users can-

  • Locate nearest payment center
  • Download duplicate bills
  • Get bill payments on Whatsapp
  • Acquire Offers and Schemes and more

SAMVAAD app assists social distancing

The app offers a better link and accommodates all the recently asked/searched services in a single window. The SAMVAAD app will provide two-way communication. Customers will be able to access updates on a real-time basis. A sigh of relief to the customers of SAMVAAD, as they no longer have to stand lengthy queues to pay the bills or connect with Call Centres or download duplicate bills, file complaints, or email. 

What Tata Power-DDL is focusing on?

Tata Power-DDL mentioned that it is hustling sincerely to stay connected with all its customers through digital links amid the social distancing. A series of services – self meter reading, missed call/ Whatsapp has been initiated to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Tata Power-DDL is also inclining its techie customers to operate e-bills on website/mobile app/SMS/ Whatsapp etc. and decline paper bills. This will secure customer protection following the measures in response to the pandemic.
