On Demand Delivery service to decide where and when to receive their overseas deliveries
DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Circle K to extend its On Demand Delivery service to more than 300 Circle K stores across Hong Kong. Under this partnership, customers will be able to visit these Circle K stores to pick up their overseas merchandise, whenever and wherever it is convenient.
With their increasingly busy lives, it is inevitable for customers to make last-minute schedule changes. DHL Express has added a new feature – Courier Time Window that will send an SMS reminder to receivers on the day of delivery to alert them to a specific timeframe when they can expect their delivery. Receivers could request for changes in delivery time and location to avoid a missed delivery if they are on the move.
With the addition of the Circle K stores, customers can now choose from more than 600 convenient locations in Hong Kong including 7-Eleven stores, partner DHL lockers and DHL service points, to pick up their overseas deliveries.
