Tata Technologies Limited has officially released its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a total revenue from operations of ₹5,505.57 crore, marking a steady climb from the ₹5,168.45 crore recorded in the previous year.

A standout feature of the Tata Technologies FY26 revenue breakdown is the Services segment performance, contributing a massive 77.3% of the total top line.

Following a board meeting held on May 4, 2026, Tata Technologies also announced a total dividend of ₹11.70 per share, including a special one-time payout. This financial milestone highlights the company’s resilience and its ability to capitalize on the growing global demand for engineering and digital transformation.

Breaking Down the Services Segment Success

The core of the Tata Technologies FY26 performance lies in its robust services business. For the full year, Tata Technologies’ services segment revenue reached ₹4,256.30 crore, up from ₹4,027.36 crore in FY25.

This segment remains the primary engine for the group, providing essential outsourced engineering, design, and digital transformation services to manufacturing clients worldwide.

The growth in this area reflects a broader trend in Tata Technologies’ engineering services growth, as the company deepens its expertise in the automotive and aerospace sectors. By focusing on high-value consulting and mechanical engineering, the firm has solidified its position as a preferred partner for global OEMs.

Diverse Revenue Mix and Technology Solutions

While services stole the show, the Technology Solutions arm also played a vital role. This division focuses on upskilling academics and reselling software applications.

  • Technology Solutions Revenue: ₹1,249.27 crore for FY26.
  • Segment Profit: This segment delivered a profit of ₹231.91 crore.
  • Overall Revenue Mix FY2026: The balance between high-margin services and scalable technology products ensures a diversified income stream.

Key Financial Highlights and Dividends

Despite the revenue growth, Tata Technologies’ consolidated net profit for FY2026 stood at ₹546.59 crore, which was a decrease from the previous year’s ₹676.95 crore. This dip was largely due to exceptional items, including an ₹83.74 crore impact from new statutory Labour Codes and costs related to the acquisition of Es-Tec GmbH.

In a move to reward shareholders, the Board recommended:

“A final dividend of ₹8.35 and a one-time special dividend of ₹3.35, aggregating to ₹11.70 per Equity share”.

Tata Technologies Acquisitions and Global Expansion

A major highlight of Tata Technologies FY26 was the 100% acquisition of Germany-based Es-Tec GmbH, which significantly boosted the company’s capabilities in:

  • ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
  • Connected Driving
  • Digital Engineering

The acquisition, completed for a fixed consideration of €51.4 million, allows the company to tap into high-end automotive engineering talent in Europe. This is expected to further enhance Tata Technologies’ services business contribution in the coming years as digital vehicle platforms become the industry standard.

Future Outlook

The Tata Technologies FY26 results demonstrate a company in transition, moving toward more complex, high-margin engineering projects. While exceptional costs influenced the bottom line this year, the consistent growth in Tata Technologies’ services segment revenue signals a healthy demand for its core offerings.

With a strengthened European presence and a clear focus on future-ready technologies like ADAS, the company is well-positioned for sustainable growth.
