One of the leading microblogging platforms in the world, Twitter has recently collaborated with Indian Auto Brands. Leading brands like Maruti, Morris Garages India, and Hyundai India will collaborate with Twitter. It will showcase and launch their vision for the future in the upcoming edition of AutoExpo 2020. The expo, starting on the 6th of February will be held at Greater Noida. Twitter aims to connect audiences with the latest conversations and developments from this expo. How audiences on the platform experience the event on their timelines will be amplified by the on-ground activities. “We are excited to work with leading brands such as Maruti, Morris Garages, and Hyundai for this marquee event. We are looking forward to helping brands build influence that will drive their business metrics,” said Shantanu Sahajpal, Industry Head- auto, Twitter.
Commitment towards Green Mobility Initiatives
More than one million conversations around sustainability and environment were reported on Twitter India in 2019. AutoExpo 2020 focuses on exploring the world of mobility with cleaner and greener technologies. The Maruti Pavilion at the expo will accommodate #TwitterGreenZone to provide audiences with a much deeper perspective on the topic. In this zone, the auto influencers share their views on the evolution of the Indian auto industry.

CNBC and Morris Garages will produce a series of three videos at the ‘Twitter Tech Zone’ in the Morris Garages Pavilion. Furthermore, to utilize the recently launched Promoted Trend Spotlight which allows brands to be highly visible on Twitter’s explore tab, Hyundai has partnered with Twitter. With the auto X handle, Twitter audiences will be the first to read reviews and watch the series auto X-Factor. Twitter’s customizable advertising solutions to drive impactful communications with their audiences have been used by auto brands. AutoExpo2020 is expected to generate highly engaging conversations and buzz on the platform.
